1. How do I return a product?

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price. However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.

  • Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by taittoo.com team.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
  • Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

In most of the cases, our logistic partner will pickup product from your doorstep. In case pickup facility is not available, you are requested to either drop your product at designated drop-off centers or self-send your product to us.

On day of pickup, our logistics partner will communicate with you over sms/call. For availing drop-off facility, approach drop-off center with required document (Please refer e-mail for details).
For Self-Send, send your prepared and properly sealed return package to following address:

Once you have sent your shipment, send us a photo or a scanned copy of courier slip and courier tracking details. Note: Courier charges will be reimbursed subject to charges mentioned on courier slip.

2. How do I exchange a product?

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can buy any product in exchange to your previous order. We allow exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choice. Note: Exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item/s value.All you need to do is give us a call our customer care or drop an email at support@taittoo.com within a period of 30 days, from the date of order.

However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount as cash on delivery (COD). COD charges will be applicable. COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your exchange order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched it can be cancelled. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. How can I cancel the order?

You can get in touch with our Customer Care team with your order number to raise a cancellation request. In case your order is not dispatched, we can cancel it and refund your amount. In case your order is dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery. COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.
