Exchange Policy

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can buy any product in exchange to your previous order. We allow exchange on items such as Apparel and Footwear, where a trial is required to determine if the fit is right. You can exchange an item for the same product in the size/color of your choice. Note: Exchange order value should be equal to or more than the return item/s value.All you need to do is give us a call our customer care or drop an email at support@taittoo.com within a period of 30 days, from the date of order.

However, you must understand that we can’t bear a loss either; so exchange of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition.
In case you choose an item of higher value, you can pay the differential amount as cash on delivery (COD). COD charges will be applicable. COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel your exchange order, get in touch with Customer Care as soon as possible with your order number. As long as your order has not been dispatched it can be cancelled. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact Customer Care to inform them of the same. COD and shipping charges are non-refundable.
